App Landing
Installation
The Beamy app is available for both Android and iOS devices.
- Android: Open the Google Play Store, search for Beamy, and download the app.
- iOS: Open the App Store, search for Beamy, and download the app.
The app is free to download, and we recommend always keeping it updated to access the latest features and improvements. Updates can be managed directly through the Play Store or App Store.
App Landing
Once you have successfully installed the Beamy app, open it to reach the landing page. This page welcomes you to Beamy and provides an overview of how the app can benefit your business.
To continue, tap Get Started. You’ll then be prompted to select the purpose of your device. Since this landing page is common to all setups, the choice you make here determines the default experience for this device. Don’t worry, this setting can be updated later from the app’s settings menu.
You’ll be able to choose from three options:
- Point of Sale (POS) – includes kiosk and satellite modes
- Kitchen Display System (KDS)
- POS Companion
Your selection is saved, so the next time you open the Beamy app on this device, you’ll go straight to your chosen setup.
