App Installation

The Beamy app is available for download on both the:

Apple App Store (iOS) - AppStore

and Google Play Store (Android) - PlayStore

This app gives you access to the Point of Sale (POS) and Kitchen Display System (KDS) interfaces.

In addition to the mobile app, Beamy also supports browser-based access:

• Bridge (Web Dashboard): bridge.beamy.nz
• POS (Web): pos.beamy.nz
• KDS (Web): kds.beamy.nz

Make sure your devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network for smooth communication across all Beamy systems.

Hardware Installation

Setting up your hardware is straightforward:

• Power up your devices - Plug in tablets, EFTPOS terminal, and Brother printer to their respective power outlets.
• No cables required - All components in the Beamy ecosystem connect via Wi-Fi. There's no need for Ethernet or physical data connections.
• Stay on the same network - Ensure all devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network to allow seamless communication between POS, KDS, Companion and Bridge.

Beamy is designed for simplicity and flexibility - no complex wiring or installation required.
