Screen

The kiosk is designed to run on a tablet device, similar to the POS system. This ensures consistency across your hardware setup and simplifies maintenance and support.

EFTPOS

We recommend using the same EFTPOS terminal as your regular POS system. This helps streamline troubleshooting and maintain consistent connection processes. For more details, see the Hardware section.

Base

We suggest using a base or stand that securely holds both the tablet and EFTPOS terminal. Ideally, this should be fixed to the floor or counter for stability and set at a height suitable for users of all abilities. A recommended height for accessibility is approximately 120 cm (4 feet), though this can be adjusted based on your store's layout and available space.
