Beamy's Scope
The Beamy system is designed to support small to medium-sized hospitality and retail businesses by providing a comprehensive suite of point-of-sale tools. Its scope includes front-of-house operations (via the POS), kitchen display workflows (via the KDS), centralised configuration and reporting (via Bridge), and integrated payment processing. The system supports user management, product configuration, order modifications, voucher redemption, and live sales reporting.
This documentation focuses on the operational and configuration aspects of the Beamy POS ecosystem. It does not cover external systems such as inventory supply logistics, HR/payroll management, or custom hardware provisioning. It is also not intended for use outside the predefined environments (e.g., Android/iOS tablets or Beamy-supported terminals).
